Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

 

To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for all students, please review our cancellation policy below:

  1. Notice Period:
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance of your scheduled lesson or test.
  1. Late Cancellations / No-Shows:
  • Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute rescheduling (less than 24 hours) will result in the lesson fee being forfeited.
  1. Arriving Late:
  • If you are more than 30 minutes late, the instructor may cancel the lesson and it will be treated as a missed appointment.
  1. Instructor Cancellations:
  • In rare cases where your instructor must cancel (e.g. weather, vehicle issue, or emergency), we will reschedule at no charge.
  1. Test Bookings:
  • Any cancellation or change related to a road test appointment must follow the DriveTest policy, and our school’s cancellation policy applies to accompanying lessons

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Payments and Refunds

If you sign up for a paid product or service, you agree to pay the listed fees.

 

Our driving lessons are prepaid, meaning you pay for one or more lessons upfront. After payment, your account will be credited with the number of lesson hours included in your package. For example, a single lesson may include 2 hours, or a package of three lessons may include 6 hours. You can use these credits to book lessons anytime within twelve months. Any unused credits expire after 6 months. If they expire, you can repurchase them at a discounted price of $60 for a 2-hour lesson. This discount only applies to expired credits and not to fees like cancellation or change fees. Extra lessons can be bought at full price.

 

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. If you want a refund, email [email protected]. Refund amounts are calculated based on the price paid minus the cost of lessons taken, minus any payment processing fee(merchant). For example, if you bought a package of three lessons for $150 and took two lessons valued at $100 each, the refund for the third lesson would be $50 minus any payment processing fee from the merchant. Refunds are processed within 7 business day to your original payment method and may take a few days to appear on your credit card
